Ingredients

  • 50ml London dry gin
  • 25ml freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 125ml soda water
  • lemon zest, to garnish

Method

  1. Mix the dry gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice-filled Collins glass. Top up with soda, stir and garnish with lemon zest.
