Ingredients

  • ½ mini watermelon (800g unpeeled weight, 400g peeled weight), roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 unwaxed limes, zest and juice of 1, 1 cut into wedges
  • Cooks’ Ingredients Mexican Style Seasoning

Method

  1. Whizz the watermelon in a blender with the agave, salt, lime zest and lime juice until smooth. Pour into 4 ice lolly moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours. Serve with the lime wedges and Mexican-style seasoning for dipping.
