Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove/s garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp rosemay, chopped
  • 570g jar Bold Bean Co Organic White Beans
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 unwaxed lemon

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and gently cook the garlic and rosemary for 2 minutes. Add the jar of beans, including the juices, and warm through gently. Stir in tahini, then purée with a stick blender until smooth.

  2. Stir in tahini, then purée with a stick blender until smooth. Season and add a generous squeeze of juice from the unwaxed lemon, to taste.

  3. Serve with dippers such as strips of toasted wholemeal pitta, baby cucumber cut into spears, cherry tomatoes and nocellara olives.
