Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 50ml Graham's Blend No.5 Port
  • 75ml tonic or soda
  • Squeeze lemon, juice
  • Lemon twist, mint sprig (optional), to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice and add the white port. Top up with tonic or soda, add a squeeze of lemon juice and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist and a mint sprig.
