50ml Wildcat Gin
12.5ml sugar syrup
25ml lemon juice
12.5ml De Kuyper Crème de Cassis
Lemon and a sprig of rosemary, to garnish
1. Shake the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a glass of crushed ice, then drizzle in the De Kuyper Crème de Cassis to create a ‘bleeding’ effect. Garnish with lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
