    Fauxjito jug

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    2 cucumbers
    Crushed ice
    300ml Seedlip Citrus Non-Alcoholic
    180ml Belvoir Farm Lime Cordial
    60ml fresh lime juice, plus wedges to serve
    Small bunch mint, leaves only, plus sprigs to serve
    300ml sparkling water 

    Method

    1. To make cucumber ribbons, halve each cucumber lengthways, then use a vegetable peeler to cut into long ribbons. Carefully arrange
    these inside the pitcher; they should cling to the glass.

    2. Fill the pitcher with crushed ice, then add the Seedlip, cordial, lime juice and mint leaves; stir to combine. Top with sparkling water and mix a little more. Serve in highball glasses, garnishing with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
