    Baked raisin & oat bars

    • Total time: 35 minutes + chilling

    75g butter, plus extra for greasing
    100g agave syrup
    200g oats
    100g raisins
    50g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
    100g Alpro Plain Unsweetened, plus 2 tbsp for drizzling  


    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Grease and base-line a 20cm square tin.

    2. Place the butter and syrup in a saucepan and heat until melted and bubbling. Off the heat, stir in the oats, raisins, nuts and a pinch of salt until evenly coated. Stir in the 100g Alpro and mix well, then spoon into the prepared tin and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.

    3. Allow to cool before removing from the tin. Drizzle with the 2 tbsp Alpro and cut into 12 bars. Chill until needed.
