25ml Absolut Vodka
10ml sugar syrup
Add 25ml Absolut Vodka, 25ml Kahlúa, 10ml sugar syrup (see tip, below) and 25ml espresso to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with 3 chocolate coffee beans.
MAKE YOUR OWN SUGAR SYRUP:
For perfect sugar syrup, simmer equal volumes of water and sugar in a pan, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Cool before using.
