    Orange, banana & yogurt smoothie

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    1 Large Orange
    2 Waitrose Duchy Organic Bananas, peeled and sliced
    120g natural yogurt
    4 ice cubes 
    1 tbsp honey

    Method

    Cut a slice from the orange,  then cut in half and set aside. Juice the remaining orange. Put in a blender with the bananas, natural yogurt, ice cubes and honey. Whizz until smooth and pour into glasses. Serve with the reserved orange slice for squeezing over.
