Pineapple tequila sunrise

30ml pineapple juice
120ml orange juice
Orange slice, to serve
Pineapple leaves, to serve
Cherry, to serve
1. Pour 30ml pineapple juice, 120ml orange juice and 60ml tequila into a highball filled with ice. Pour 30ml grenadine over the top – this sinks to the bottom to create the ‘sunrise’ effect. Garnish with an orange slice, pineapple leaves and a cherry.
