400g watermelon
100g caster sugar
3 limes, juice
100ml vodka
750ml (one bottle) rosé wine
ice cubes
8 small watermelon wedges, to garnish
8 slice/s lime, to garnish

Peel and roughly chop the watermelon. Put in a food processor or blender with the caster sugar and lime juice, then whizz until smooth. Pour into a large jug, and add the vodka, fruity rosé wine and plenty of ice; stir until cold.
Garnish with small wedges of watermelon and lime slices, if liked.
