WHO CAN ENTER

This prize draw is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address, except for employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw. Proof of age may be required. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence. You will need your receipt number to enter. There is no charge to submit an entry via the website a waitrose.com/winwithbenecol.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

Entries must be received between 12.01am on 28 May 2026 and 11.59pm on 7 July 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, simply go to waitrose.com/winwithbenecol, follow the prize draw instructions at the top of the page and submit your details and other required information using the online form provided. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw.

THE PRIZE

The prize is to win a luxury 3-night cruise with P&O to Bruges, Belgium. There is 1 prize available to be won.

The prize includes 3 nights on board a P&O cruise departing from Southampton (UK) and sailing to Bruges, sharing an ocean view stateroom, daily breakfast, lunch and evening meal, parking at Southampton port for one car and £200 (total) on board spending money.

Unless otherwise stated the prize offered is for 2 adults travelling together, both of which must be aged 18 or over.

Travel is on selected dates only and must be completed by 31st October 2027. Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays.

All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotional terms. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine Incentives Limited and the organiser.

 All dates and locations are subject to availability.

Cloud Nine Incentives Limited accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any vessels, tours, itineraries or port visits. Cloud Nine Incentives Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered. In the event of cancellation, the winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.

All bookings must be made a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days) in advance of travelling.

Any amendments made by the winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges, some changes may not be possible. For overseas prizes a valid passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winner. Any cost associated with acquiring a passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

Some activities and/or experiences may be seasonal or only operate on certain dates.

Transport between your home and the port is the responsibility of the winner.

All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the winner’s expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to the UK port, drinks, visas and gratuities.

Should the winner wish to add additional items to the prize (additional passengers etc.) then winners may do so at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking: Cloud Nine will not enter any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.

Some activities and/or experiences may have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions.

Prizes are based on 2 adults sharing a standard ocean view stateroom.

The winner and their guest are responsible for complying with all health, safety and travel requirements applicable at the time of travel, which may include vaccinations, testing, quarantine or other protocols mandated by relevant authorities or travel providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable). The winner and their guest/s agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.

It is the winner’s responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.

Prizes may be subject to further terms and conditions of Cloud Nine’s supplier, a copy of these is available to the winner upon request.

Travel insurance is not included in the prize, we would strongly recommend obtaining adequate cover for your trip. Please speak to Cloud Nine for further details. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking part in the prize. The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from participation in the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the promoter, cruise line or any company associated with the prize, or, if the any party act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.

The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests. Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

WINNER SELECTION

All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random. The winner’s details (surname and county only) will be available for one month after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter by at Waitrose Limited, Media Team, Floor 2, Waite House, Doncastle Road, Southern Industrial Area, Bracknell RG12 8YA, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, or alternatively by emailing customerserviceteam@waitrose.co.uk.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winners will be required to respond within 30 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner. Please allow 30 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from any of the Promoter’s agents or suppliers involved in the administration of this prize draw, you understand and accept that the relevant third party will be solely responsible for any processing of your personal data for these purposes, that such processing will be governed by terms of that third party’s privacy policy and that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in association with any such data processing for these purposes. 

GENERAL

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the prize draw into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the prize draw. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. This prize draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
