You will receive order updates on waitrose.com and the app. Simply go to 'My orders' to see the latest status of your order. If we're running early or late, the order tracker will show an alert and we will attempt to contact you. Please note, calls may show up as a withheld or unknown number.
For a missing or incorrect item, first locate your customer receipt email to check if the product was unavailable, substituted, or you were charged and the product is missing. If you still need to report a query to us or you had a damaged item in your delivery, please complete our online issue form or you can contact Waitrose Customer Care.
You can buy our joint Waitrose & Partners and John Lewis & Partners gift cards within our stores and online. They can be used in Waitrose & Partners stores and grocery online orders.
