Digital vouchers are an environmentally friendly way to ensure all members have immediate access to their vouchers when they need them. For customers who still wish to use physical vouchers, each voucher has the option to print at home.
Each voucher has a barcode that can be scanned just like an item you pick from the shelf. When you select a voucher from your voucher wallet, the barcode is shown on a pop up message. Simply scan this at a checkout till when you checkout - usually under the chip and pin scanner, though the location of the scanner may differ in each store. Feel free to ask a Partner in store if you are struggling to scan your voucher.
Each voucher has a barcode that can be scanned just like an item you pick from the shelf. When you select a voucher from your voucher wallet, the barcode is shown on a pop up message. Simply scan this at a till at checkout as you would a myWaitrose card. The Partner at the till will be able to show you where to scan your voucher if you are unsure.
If you see any errors at the till, please make sure you haven’t already redeemed the voucher. If you are using a self-service till please select coupons on the payment screen before scanning a voucher. If your barcode cannot be scanned, please seek support from our store Partners.
Yes, our tills will accept a screenshot of a voucher on your phone.
Yes, you can print a voucher at home to use in store. First, go to your My Voucher wallet, then choose a voucher and select the button that reads ‘Use now in store’. The voucher will then be displayed in a pop-up modal with a link at the bottom that reads ‘Print voucher’. Select this option and follow the instructions to print as normal. For ease of use, we recommend using your mobile and simply scanning the barcode from the screen of your device at checkout.
If you do not have access to a mobile device or printer, you can write down the voucher code and show it to a Partner to apply at a checkout till.
Go to your myWaitrose hub and select the Vouchers tab. Then choose the voucher you wish to use. At checkout, be sure to select ‘apply voucher’ and the value will of be deducted from your order.
If you see any errors in adding a voucher to your order, please check your delivery date to ensure it corresponds with the voucher’s expiry date. The date specified on your chosen voucher should be on or before your delivery date. You will be required to book a Delivery or Click & Collect slot before applying your voucher.
We are in the process of updating order statement emails to clearly show when a voucher has been applied. Rest assured, if the voucher is displayed, the value will be shown next to it and this will have been deducted from your order total.
Alongside your myWaitrose vouchers, you may still receive other Waitrose coupons or vouchers in the post. To ensure you receive all the offers you are entitled to, please ensure your marketing preferences and contact address are up to date.
We are unable to provide printed myWaitrose vouchers for each offer. Voucher offers change each week and often only last a week. You may receive other Waitrose coupons or vouchers in the post.
Postal marketing vouchers are not sent to all of our customers. If you have an online account, it would be worth checking that we have the correct postal address for you.
The marketing vouchers are personal to you and are based on how you shop with us.
We tailor our offers and vouchers to what we think you and your household may like – you may perhaps have purchased something similar in the past or from a similar product range.
Vouchers are tailored and based on household spending habits.
Unfortunately, due variations in stock and supply to each Waitrose store, newspapers are not available to every myWaitrose member.
