My Waitrose benefits & offers

All My Waitrose members can enjoy special savings on a variety of products, online and in store, by simply using their My Waitrose card. You can discover the latest offers on the My Waitrose offers page. You can also benefit from our free hot drink offer and member-only competitions. Discover all My Waitrose benefits.

Simply select your offers in the My Waitrose hub online or in our app. They’ll be automatically applied when you scan your My Waitrose card at checkout.

You will need to swipe your My Waitrose card regularly when you shop with us. Your offers are based on your recent purchase history so they can be personalised to you.
Please make sure you have the correct My Waitrose card attached to your online account. You can check your online account details on the Card & details section on the My Waitrose hub.

You won’t always have offers available in your My Waitrose hub. Don’t worry, this is only temporary so keep checking back as new offers will appear. Remember to use your My Waitrose card each time you shop with us!

On iOS, open the App Store, choose the Waitrose app and click download.

On Android open the Play Store, choose the Waitrose app and click install.

If you don’t have the Waitrose app, you can still use your offers. Simply check and select your offers online at waitrose.com/mywaitrose, scan your My Waitrose card in-store and your offers will be automatically applied.

No, you cannot print an offer at home to use in store. If you don’t have the Waitrose app, you can still use your offers. Simply check and select your offers online at waitrose.com/mywaitrose and scan your My Waitrose card to receive the offer.

Alongside your My Waitrose offers, you may still receive other Waitrose offers in the post. To ensure you receive all the offers you are entitled to, please visit your online account to ensure you are opted into Marketing and your contact details are up to date.

Yes, you can amend vouchers after an order has been placed. Follow these steps: 

1. Edit your order

2. Remove the qualifying item

3. Save your order by checking out 

4. Deselect the voucher you don't want to use

5. Select a new voucher from the My Waitrose section

6. Amend your order

7. Add the new item to your basket, if you haven't already 

8. Re-add the item previously removed, if it's still wanted

Please ensure you have selected the correct product and offer you want to use before scanning your My Waitrose Card. If the offer doesn’t work, check your My Waitrose hub (on the app) to see if the offer has expired or been redeemed.
If your offer still isn’t working, please seek support from our store Partners.

If you are using a physical card in store and your selected offers are not being redeemed, it could be that you have a different card linked to your online account. Please check that the number on your physical card matches your digital card number on your account.

If your physical card and online account do not match, please contact us for more support.

If you see any errors in adding an offer to your order, please check your delivery date to ensure it corresponds with the offer's expiry date. The date specified on your chosen offer should be on or before your delivery date. You will be required to book a Delivery or Click & Collect slot before applying your offer.

We've introduced Little Treats, exclusively for My Waitrose members, to say thanks for shopping with us. These Little Treats could be something delicious, something useful or something to make our My Waitrose members smile.

Each month, whenever you shop, we’ll track your spend. Spend £50 and a Little Treat voucher will pop up in your account online or in the Waitrose app. Spend £100 and you’ll get another; spend £250 and we’ll give you one more. *Terms and Conditions apply.

You can enjoy up to three Little Treats a month. We’ll reset your spend at the beginning of each month, giving you the chance to have lots of treats throughout the year.

You can check your online account on waitrose.com or the Waitrose app where you will find a progress bar which updates based on your spend progress. Please remember to swipe your My Waitrose card every time you shop as we can only add spend when a My Waitrose card is swiped in the same transaction. Please refer to full Terms and conditions for more information on qualifying spend exclusions.

Currently we do not have the ability to add your spend to your Little Treats progress unless you scan your My Waitrose card in the qualifying transaction. Remember to download your digital card online at waitrose.com to make it easier to scan every time you shop.

You can get a digital card by signing in to your waitrose.com account or creating an online account and linking your existing physical My Waitrose card. To find out more about how to link your My Waitrose card, click here.

If your Little Treat voucher is no longer showing in the My Waitrose section of your online account, it is likely that it has expired. Alternatively, if you selected the voucher and have done a shop, if the qualifying criteria were met, the voucher will be automatically applied. If you need more information about the status of your voucher, please contact our Customer Care team on 0800 188 884.

Simply select your voucher(s) by visiting the My Waitrose section of your online account at waitrose.com or on the Waitrose app. At the till, scan the qualifying product(s), then scan your My Waitrose card and the vouchers will automatically apply at checkout.

Please check in your online account at waitrose.com or on the Waitrose app that you have selected the voucher. If you can see the voucher is still in the wallet and is showing as selected, please check the product is correct for the Treat you have received. If you are still having trouble redeeming your voucher, please contact our Customer Care team on 0800188 884 who will be able to investigate further.

Yes, you can use as many vouchers as you would like in a single transaction.

Check the voucher in your app which will have details of the eligible product(s). In store, a Partner will be able to help you find where the products are located. If you’re shopping online, please type the product code or product range detailed on your voucher into the search bar. If the product is out of stock, please check with a Partner who will be able to give an indication of when the product might be restocked.

Little Treats works best for you with an online account, as you can see your progress and select your Little Treats once earned on the app or the website. You can earn immediately as soon as you register. Please register for an online account.

Unfortunately the products listed in the vouchers are available only while stocks last. We cannot reinstate a voucher once it has passed its expiry date.

Yes, select your Little Treat in your Waitrose app, and scan the relevant product(s), you don’t need to re-scan your My Waitrose card at the till. Your Little Treat will apply as usual to your transaction.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Waitrose app. It will need to be version 3.5.0 or later in order to access Little Treats.
