Room temperature 2 1/2 hours
To defrost: Remove the pineapple from all packaging. Place on a serving plate to defrost at room temperature for 2 1/2 hours or overnight in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
