Keep refrigerated below 5°C.…For use by date, see front of pack.…Once opened, eat within one day. Do not exceed the use by date. This product has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully in a fridge overnight. Don't refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions (General)
Do not reheat once cooked, and remember these times are just a guide as the size and thickness of the fillets may vary. Check the salmon is piping hot.
Deep Fry (From Chilled)
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.Remove the fish from the pack and place in the pan skin-side down. Cook it for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for 14-16 minutes.Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 14 - 16 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Some skin may stick to the tray, this is normal.
