A citrus based sauce commonly used as a dressing in Japanese cuisine for grilled meat or fish. Made from mirin, rice vinegar, soy sauce and yuzu juice, the result is a tangy, tart flavour which is wonderfully versatile.
Try using as a dip for gyoza and sushi.
