Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
This product has previously been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C. Medium (30 mins per 500g), Well done (35 mins per 500g).
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled.
