Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Keep refrigerated below. 5°C. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation: Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C (40mins)
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Retain sachet to one side. Evenly space and place belly slices on a baking tray in centre of the oven, turn halfway through cooking. After 35mins open and drizzle over the glaze taking care to evenly coat the meat, return to oven for 5mins to finish. Do not reheat once cooled. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
