Our No. 1 King Prawn Skewers with Chilli & Coriander Dressing are made with plump, succulent raw prawns, so they cook to perfection on the barbecue or in the oven. They're double skewered, by hand, for easy grilling, and sprinkled with chilli flakes and coriander. A dressing with lemongrass, chilli, coriander and lime to pour over the hot prawn skewers adds a fresh, zingy kick. Great with a spicy rice salad. All our fish and seafood is responsibly sourced.

Product Details

Storage and Usage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Info

Grill (From Chilled)

For best results grill from chilled. HIGH HEAT. 8 - 10 minutes. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place skewers on a foil lined baking tray under a high grill. Cook for 6 - 8 minutes, turn occasionally. Add sauce to prawns evenly and cook for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.

Stir fry (From Chilled)

Pan fry from chilled. MEDIUM HEAT. 5 minutes. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Heat 1 tsp (5ml) of oil in a frying pan. Place both prawn skewers in the pan. Cook for 4 minutes turning occasionally. Add sauce to prawns evenly and cook for a further 1 minute, basting with the sauce. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
