The creamy paneer, yellow peppers and red chillies are tossed in a sticky, spicy sauce made with sweet chilli, tomato, garlic and soy sauce, and the dish is finished with chopped spring onions. Delicious with rice or naan, or as part of an Indian feast.

For best results oven heat from chilled.
Not suitable for microwave heating from frozen. Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 5, 190°C, Fan 170°C, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove the sleeve and film from the tray entirely. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute.
Oven cook (From Frozen)
Gas 5, 190°C, Fan 170°C, 40 mins

Cat D 800W, 4 mins
Cat E 900W, 3 mins 50 secs

Packaging not suitable for microwave heating. Decant product into a microwaveable container. Cover with a microwave proof lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Heating until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute.
