Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 43 mins
Preheat oven. Remove tray from box. Cover tray with foil and pierce holes in the top. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Run a table knife around the edge to ensure product can be removed from the tray in the parchment paper. After cooking, stand for 2-3 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
