Weight: 900g - 1.250kg Cook Time: 1 Hour. Weight: 1.250kg - 1.600kg Cook Time: 1 Hour 20 mins. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place guinea fowl upside down in a roasting tray in centre of the oven, half way through cooking, turn onto the other side and reduce heat to Electric 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas mark 3. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stand to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Oven: 180, Fan: 160, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
