Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see side of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted. As part of our commitment to supply British lamb all year round, this product has previously been frozen and defrosted. Further freezing will not affect quality.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Allow the lamb to rest for 10 minutes to enable the colour to return and any containment odour to disappear. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear. Rest for 10 minutes and remove bands before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time Medium - 25 mins per 500g + 25 mins, Well done - 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
