How to Use Take 40cm of plastic free floss & wind around 1 finger of each hand. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs & forefingers. Use a gentle "Rocking" motion to slide the floss between your teeth. Don't snap the floss into the gums. For best results use once a day.
