Storage and Usage
Keep Refrigerated…Keep chilled 0? to 5?. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month.…Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use and cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions (General)
Remove all packaging and for best results do not pierce the sausages. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180º?/350ºF/Gas 4 for 20-25 minutes turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.
Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 12 mins, turning occasionally.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
Heat air fryer to 190?/375ºF. Cook for approx. 10-15 mins.
