Oven cook
From Chilled
Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180º?/350ºF/Gas 4 for 20-25 minutes turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.
Cooking instructions

Remove all packaging and for best results do not pierce the sausages. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Shallow fry
From Chilled
Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 12 mins, turning occasionally.
