It stems from an ancient tradition which enhances the natural aroma and fresh taste of lemons from Italy. Premium quality limoncellos are made of 100% natural ingredients. 100% Natural Ingredients Santa Marta Limoncello is made of simple ingredients, but it requires complex blending to make an interesting, fresh and balanced liqueur with only 25% ABV. The only ingredients are lemon juice, lemon infusion (100% lemon peel), neutral spirits, sugar and water. Zero added colouring, flavouring or preservatives. Tasting Notes Appearance: bright, pale golden yellow. Nose: fresh with crisp, natural aromas of lemon, citronella and sage. Taste: smooth, well-balanced and refreshing thanks to the natural acidity of the lemons. The after-taste is long and leaves the mouth clean, without any sensation of cloying sweetness.
Serving Suggestions Limoncello imparts a strong lemon flavour without the sourness or bitterness of pure lemon juice. Primarily straight chilled or with ice it is also a trendy ingredient in cocktails and desserts. Serving Temperature - Ice cold
