British charcuterie.We make this award winning salami on our farm using our own Suffolk pork which has been outdoor bred and finished in open straw barns. Taking the finest cuts of pork we add salt, spices, peppercorns, garlic and a little red wine and then hang them to air dry until they are ready to eat.
