General

Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Place in a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil and place in centre of oven. 10 minutes before end of cooking, remove from oven, remove strings and cooking liquor. Pour contents of glaze sachet over surface of the joint. Return to cook for 10 minutes. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear, Rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 2 hours 10 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
