We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee.

The Perfect Espresso 15-17g of finely ground coffee - use scales for best result. Set your machine at ¯91° and aim for 18-24s extraction time. You should end up with 35-45g of delicious coffee. Enjoy!
