Pan Fry: Medium/ High Heat. Time: 10-12 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add sizzlers, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
