Pan Fry. Time: 12 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the chunks and spread them out in the pan. Cook over a moderate heat turning the chicken frequently. Ensure chicken is fully cooked and there is no pink meat. Recipe suggestion. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a saucepan. Add the chicken chunks and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add 227g essential Waitrose chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp full fat natural yogurt, simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Season to taste. Ensure chicken is fully cooked and there is no pink meat.
