Sauce sachet. ……Add the sauce sachet to a bowl of boiling water, let the sachet stand in the water for 2 minutes. snip the corner off the sachet and pour the sauce over the top of the pudding. …insert the base of the gingerbread antlers into the top of the pudding before serving.

Time: 45 minutes. Remove outer packaging. Do not remove film lid. Place in a steamer over boiling water or alternatively, use a large saucepan with a trivet or an upturned heat-resistant saucer. Place the basin on the trivet/saucer and add boiling water to come halfway up the basin. Steam/simmer with saucepan lid on. Top up with boiling water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.

Remove outer packaging, place sauce sachet and gingerbread antlers to one side (do not microwave)…Remove film lid off pudding basin and invert basin onto a microwavable plate. Heat on full power. …Stand for 1 minute, gently squeeze around the sides of the basin to release the pudding. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for a further brief period. (800W: 2 mins 10 secs, 900W: 1 min 55 secs, 1000W: 1 min 40 secs)
