Pan Fry. High / moderate heat. Time: 13-14mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal. Reduce to moderate heat and cook, turning frequently, until the juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Do not reheat once cooled.
