This product has previously been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

For best results oven cook. Cooking instructions will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Cat D 800W 2 1/2 mins
Cat E 900W 2 mins
Cat E 1000W 1 1/2 mins
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook.
Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for the time indicated. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover and heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating.
Do not reheat once cooled.
Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C 15 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and heat for the time indicated. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. For a crispier eat, remove film halfway through heating time.
Do not reheat once cooled.
