Keep frozen. Place the contents of the pack on a plate and cover with cling film. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in a refrigerator. Once thawed, use within 1 day. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Stir fry (From Chilled)
Pan fry from Chilled. HIGH HEAT. 6 minutes. Preheat 1 tsp (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Place squid rings in the pan. Cook for 6 mins, turning frequently during cooking. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled
