Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 15-20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in centre of oven and turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Medium heat 8-10 mins
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill tray under medium heat and turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
