Ingredients

  • 50ml Disaronno Amaretto
  • 25ml lemon, juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Ice cube

Method

  1. Pour 50ml Disaronno Originale (500ml) into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup and a large handful of ice.

  3. Shake until cold. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Cook’s tip

LEVEL UP

For amaretto sours with a Bakewell tart vibe, use syrup from the jar of cocktail cherries instead of sugar syrup.
