Ingredients

  • 1 tsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 25ml whisky
  • 15ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum
  • 10ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
  • 25ml double cream
  • ice cubes
  • banana chip, to garnish
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Put ½ tsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce into the base of a coupe glass, then spread in a line from one side of the rim to the other and chill.

  2. Pour the whisky, rum, cream liqueur, double cream and another ½ tsp caramel sauce into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine-strain into your prepared glass. Garnish with a dried banana chip and a pinch of cinnamon.
