Ingredients

  • 50ml Ben Lomond Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 15ml crème de cassis
  • 2 Blackberries, to garnish

Method

  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice until the shaker is cold.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass of crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de cassis over the top. Garnish with the blackberries.
