Ingredients
1 pack 2 x 80g Crosta & Mollica Focaccia Panini
285g tub No.1 Burrata
4 tbsp green pesto with basil
75g pack Italian mortadella
25g wild rocket
Method
Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Bake
the focaccia according to pack instructions.
Drain the burrata and place it in a bowl, then
gently mix it until loose and broken into pieces.
Spread each focaccia base with 2 tbsp
pesto, followed by the mortadella slices, then
the burrata. Season, finish with the rocket,
sandwich with the focaccia tops and serve.
