Ingredients

  • 140ml Starward Left-Field Single Malt Whisky
  • 60ml De Kuyper Crème de Cassis,
  • 400ml Cawston Press Apple & Ginger Juice
  • 2 long (or 4 shorter) cinnamon sticks

Method

  1. In a heatproof jug, combine the whisky­and crème de cassis. Gently warm the apple and ginger juice with the cinnamon sticks in a small pan for 15 minutes (try not to let it simmer). Pour the warm juice into the jug and stir to combine. Serve in heatproof mugs while still warm.
