Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6, then cook the cauliflower pakoras according to pack instructions.
Near the end of the cooking time, stir fry the rice, quinoa & vegetables according to pack instructions. Add 1 tbsp green tikka masala paste for the final moment of cooking.
Swirl 2 tsp more tikka paste (or to taste) into 100g kefir and spread over serving plates or a small platter. Scatter the rice over the yogurt, top with the pakoras and serve. A squeeze of lime or lemon on the side would work well.
