Ingredients

  • 1 pack PlantLiving: Spiced Cauliflower Pakora
  • 1 pack rice, quinoa & vegetable stir fry
  • 2 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Green Tikka Masala Paste
  • 100g Gut Health: Kefir Natural

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6, then cook the cauliflower pakoras according to pack instructions.

  2. Near the end of the cooking time, stir fry the rice, quinoa & vegetables according to pack instructions. Add 1 tbsp green tikka masala paste for the final moment of cooking.

  3. Swirl 2 tsp more tikka paste (or to taste) into 100g kefir and spread over serving plates or a small platter. Scatter the rice over the yogurt, top with the pakoras and serve. A squeeze of lime or lemon on the side would work well.
