Mix the marinade ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag. Add the steaks; leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
When you’re ready to cook the steaks, put a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry well on kitchen paper. Brush lightly with oil, season well and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare (or until cooked to your liking). Rest for 5 minutes under a loose sheet of foil, before slicing to serve.
