Ingredients

  • 45ml Campari
  • 70ml fresh orange juice
  • 200ml Prosecco
  • 1 sprig/s rosemary (optional)
  • 1 slice/s orange
  • Plenty of ice, to serve

Method

  1. Pour 45ml Campari into a large wine glass over plenty of ice.

  2. Add the fresh orange juice and top with the Prosecco.

  3. Garnish with a sprig of trimmed and washed rosemary (optional) and an orange slice, and serve immediately.
