Elly's Garibaldi spritz
Bring Italy's Adriatic coast to your kitchen with Elly Pear's recreation of a wonderful Italian spritz, featuring Campari and prosecco – perfect for summer sipping.

- 45ml Campari
- 70ml fresh orange juice
- 200ml Prosecco
- 1 sprig/s rosemary (optional)
- 1 slice/s orange
- Plenty of ice, to serve
Pour 45ml Campari into a large wine glass over plenty of ice.
Add the fresh orange juice and top with the Prosecco.
Garnish with a sprig of trimmed and washed rosemary (optional) and an orange slice, and serve immediately.
