  • 300ml Alvalle Original Gazpacho Soup
  • 100ml coconut water
  • Flat leaf parsley
  • 25ml vodka
  • Sparkling water
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Stick of celery


  1. Mix 300ml Alvalle Original Gazpacho Soup and 100ml coconut water in a jug. Pour the mixture into a 24-compartment ice-cube tray and place a small, flat-leaf parsley leaf on top of each cube. Freeze, preferably overnight. To make a vodka spritz, fill a Collins glass with gazpacho ice cubes, add 25ml vodka then top up with sparkling water. Add a splash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce for added spice and finish with a stick of celery.
