Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 80g Essential Waitrose Green Seedless Grapes
  • 80g baby spinach
  • 400ml Rebel Kitchen Raw Coconut Water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Put the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender. Add the coconut water and whizz until thick and smooth.

  2. Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Pour into 2 glasses and serve straight away.
