  • 12 fresh or frozen peas
  • 4 mint
  • 50ml vodka
  • 20ml vermouth bianco
  • Sugar snap peas and peashoots


  1. Muddle the peas and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, vodka and vermouth. Shake well and double-strain into a chilled martini glass.

  2. Garnish with sugar snap peas and peashoots.
