  • handful/s mint leaves, torn
  • 40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 60ml Prosecco
  • 60ml soda water
  • garnish with lemon twists and more mint leaves

Method

  1. Scoop a handful of ice into a large wine glass with some mint. Add St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Prosecco and soda water. Garnish with lemon twists and more mint leaves
