Manzanita

Manzanita

An easy way to lower the ABV in your drink is to substitute a dry sherry for Tequila, as here. It keeps all the subtle sweetness of triple sec and the sour lime sharpness of the original. For an extra kick, try spicing up the salt rim with a little chilli.
